70^th Manchester Road Race, Thanksgiving, November 23, 2006.

MANCHESTER ROAD RACE: New England Sports Network (NESN) will air the 70^th Running of the Manchester Road Race. The show, produced by Salmini Films, will include the exciting elite competition and a cast of thousands with a look back at some of the grand moments in this event, first held in 1927. At the starting line this year, Bill Rodgers happily pointed out that it was exactly forty years ago here in Manchester that he won the high school division.

Air dates: Friday, Dec. 8^th at 8:00 pm; Saturday, December 9^th at 5:30 pm; Wednesday, Dec. 13^th at 10:30 pm and Friday, Dec. 15th at 3:00 pm.
